The Upland Trio

The Upland Trio (Christopher Bade, clarinet; Josh Aerie, cello; Greg Kostraba, piano) explores new music as well as pieces from the standard repertoire. They wish to expand accessibility, enjoyment, and knowledge of music, especially with works by living composers. They engage audiences with from-the-stage discussion of their program, offer masterclasses and educational programming, and actively collaborate with composers and other musicians.
