“Goddess of the Moon” is the subtitle of Rick’s Trio #6 for clarinet, cello and piano. This work is his homage to Debussy, nocturnal, moon-lit, restive, intensely beautiful and just a little scary. Also featured are his Trios #4 and #5 for the same combination of instruments, subtitled “Conversation of the Trees” and “In the Classical Style.”
